Where can i change my MDCB password?

You can change your password in the following section of the My Dot Com Business Members Area:

MDCB Members Area > Settings > Your Access.

Please note that upon changing your password your MDCB account will become deactivated as a security precaution.

An email will be sent to you with a verification code to enter on the page linked from this email with your opportunity to change the password for your account.

Follow the instructions carefully to make sure you reset your password.

Every time you forget and have to do a password reset, an email will go out.
For future, please make a note of your credentials to avoid this issue - do NOT pass them on to a third party; they are yours only and confidential!
